Looks like it is about that time again where for a lot of retail businesses they are close to wrapping up their annual period and with that comes killing off unprofitable sectors of its business or introducing new ones. For example, from what I heard the company Futureshop has already closed a store in Toronto without much notice. A similar event happened last year too.
Why would an average person care about stuff like this? I know for regular consumers all they care about are the deals and sure enough company misfortunes like these usually do produce some crazy deals as many businesses simply want to get rid of everything as soon as possible. So it’s actually not a bad time to look for deals as many businesses want to start the new annual year with a fresh slate.
