I was talking to a person today who owned his own restaurant where everything sounded like it was on auto pilot. It sees that pretty much he only visits the place about two hours a day and then heads home to do other things. Interestingly enough, I guess you can say this causes a lot of boredom and makes him wonder what he should do with all that spare time.
It seemed like because of that it was his wife that came up with an idea to start her own business as well since it seems like the restaurant business is doing well and does the job in providing a steady income flow. You’d be surprised at how many people would instead in situations like these would simply say go to the casino and start gambling as they can’t think of anything else to do.
I’m usually in a find more things to invest into mode in general whenever I have the resources or ability to do so. So for me I think the key to not being stagnant when everything is on auto drive is to always have at least a bigger goal to accomplish while you are trying to accomplish your current one. Like business wise that could be expanding into other services or territories as well as completely different industries all together.
