It’s only been a day since Black Friday and I am already getting bombarded with all these advertisements for Cyber Monday. It’s kind of funny in many ways where people were scrambling to get the deals yesterday only now to realize there is another one coming up. Although honestly there is always a sales happening in one way or another. The only real difference is that with these events companies can better capitalize on a buzz of sort.
I bought most of the stuff that I needed already and simply held off on things that didn’t quite have what I wanted regardless of the deal. For example, I actually wanted a new computer monitor that had like two HDMI inputs but there didn’t seem to be any great deals for such a thing. After this Cyber Monday Boxing Day will be happening here in Canada in like a month. Again, there is like always a big sales event.
If anything, for myself I tend to use these sales events in large part as information to know how low price wise a product can go. Because usually items tend to go to those sales prices throughout the year. It’s good too where even if the price of the item isn’t at its lowest you can then make an informed decision on whether or not something is worth it. Especially for everyday items.
