When I read that these two billionaires are interested in fighting in an MMA match such as the UFC I have to assume it’s just one of those conversational pieces. But apparently Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg are reportedly interested in the idea for the sake of things like charity. Can you imagine the owner of Tesla fighting the owner of Facebook?
People ask why because when you are that rich you probably have more to lose if you get seriously injured. One theory was when money is no object people need to find something crazy to do to solve boredom as an example. Normally I would say it’s for publicity too but I don’t think either of them needs any of that.
Many people were saying they were ready to spend hundreds too to watch the fight if it ever happened. It’s just a weird situation overall and I’d be surprised if it ever happens and to see what happens to their businesses after as a result of the event.
