Today I saw this CPU that normally retails for over $900 all of sudden goes to sale price of under $700. That’s a lot of savings if you were in the market for the item to the point where a lot of people would jump on it right away. But usually when I see this significant of a price drop I always wonder if it is due to a genuine sale, price error or the product is dropping prices everywhere at the same time.
After some quick research, it did indeed look like a universal price drop was coming which means there is no need to rush purchase this. This is actually important to look out for if you are trying to get the best value as many times businesses will at first label it as a crazy sale and it’s not surprising people would jump at it right away.
I was actually eyeing this product as well. But with this knowledge I will probably hold out for a good bundle or so since everyone will have it at the same price and will need to create an even better deal than the competitor to entice a sale.
