Guess everyone else in the world was probably bombarded with that news about Osama Bin Laden being dead huh? In many ways, the news was so big that it put a lot of things on standstill. Course, the best example is most TV stations start to broadcast only news in regards to that event.
It almost made me think of how this is the equivalent of stopping business as a result of some kind of natural disaster as only certain industries can continue to operate as normal. Usually at times like these I often see businesses actually going with the flow to continue trying to do business as usual. So like in this case, somehow actually spreading the news as their own source/hub. That way they are attracting the crowd that would normally go to them anyways to still come as oppose to people leaving as they want to stay updated on such a big event.
Makes a lot of sense when you think about. Good example of adapting to a situation too as oppose to trying to fight it, so to speak.
