Usually when we go to a new area that’s outside of our regular cell phone overage we would have to pay things like roaming fees to use phone service. However, for where I am there is virtually novel phone service. That’s what I thought that was a bit interesting as one of the solution was to use the Internet connection to make calls.
I am used to using the Internet to make calls with various conferencing apps as an example, but funny enough I never even thought of things like Wi-Fi calling features on the phone. It was pretty straight forward too where once you activate it you need to process it through the carrier and the calls seem pretty decent in quality.
One of those little things you never really think about ahead of time in terms of what is available for you to use I suppose.
