Today I was spending some time with my dad and in the area we decided to see if there were any good deals amongst the local grocery stores. I’m fully aware that you can usually get produces for a lot cheaper at smaller establishments like these. However, this was pretty cheap to the point you would ask yourself what is wrong with it. As you can see here, this place was selling grapes for sixty nine cents a pound:

My first thoughts were “This must be old stock” and so they need to get rid of it fast. Honestly though, there didn’t appear to be anything noticeably wrong. As you can see too people were buying it fairly quickly as usually in a larger store these could easily be priced at like two dollars a pound. After thinking about it more you can at times find deals such as buying a two pound shell case of grapes for like two dollars during a sale period. So with that in mind I suppose the price isn’t that far fetched.
You almost feel so ripped off afterwards as once you see prices this cheap you can’t help but to be extremely price conscious for future purchases in larger stores. What’s good though is that it kind of gives you a base price range so that you know when you should start stocking up due to the price being extremely good. This is as opposed to normal or expensive prices for the item where during then you should only try and buy enough to hold you off for the time being.
