So apparently the clearance sales at Blockbuster did drop further as anticipated as many stores are now selling items for up to 40% off the regular price tag. To me if you were even remotely interested in any then that is probably a good number to start buying things. There is a bit of me of course that would say just wait a little longer, but I would think at that price rate most people would be inclined to be in impulse shopping mode.
I think for myself anything under $50 normally with 40% off is when I get extremely interested in purchasing the item. For large items such as $1000 it would have to be a crazy deal such as 70% off for me personally to get me even remotely interested in buying that impulsively as I think the resale value at minimum would be very good. That’s usually the types of people that buy so much too at these events as they buy it with the intent to resell.
I think I may drop by one of the stores just to see how empty it is now.
