Treating Health Food Budget Just Like Junk Food

Imagine this where a person really enjoyed things like raw juicing and it was a great addition to their healthy lifestyle. However, they mentioned they only did it once a week because it can get too expensive if you do it every day as an example. I was saying how if it really helped them in life in a great way health wise then maybe it should become more of priority with their budget. For the most part the person stated how it was just like a weekly treat so she shouldn’t spend too much on it. It’s almost like treating it like an unhealthy bag of chips.

I think this is one of those things that require some forward thinking. For example, by investing in things that will make you overall healthier would most likely mean having to spend less in other ways to counter bad habits per se. It might even give you more energy to be able to do tasks more efficiently that can translate to earning more money too.

I mentioned before too it is kind of strange how when it comes to investing in things like food which we need every day and can determine how long and healthy we live it’s like an afterthought. Like here I would think it is a more important investment than say buying the newest designer clothes. I would probably classify the budget for healthy food just like a necessary utility bill personally.
