A lot of businesses and industries at the moment everything is shutdown not because of pandemic protocols but rather this is just the usual time of the year where many people close down until the new years so that everyone can enjoy the holidays with their family. With that in mind, would you be inclined to simply take time off too or would you use this time to potentially do other things to generate an income?
For myself I pretty much have something to do anytime regardless of what industry we are referring to. That doesn’t mean I have to be there like a job, but it can be something as simple as checking up on side projects that generate small income. I think that is important personally to try use some spare time you may have to create something that can act as a reliable source of alternative work and income. I see it kind of like saving money where if you are only saving during a time when you absolutely need it then it can be too late.
Why would we do that for our work life as well where we are only exploring other options when we desperately needed? It truly can be something on the side too such as writing an E-book and then offering it for a small price. Even if it is for one dollar and one hundred people buy it a year at least you have the experience and logistics set to go bigger if you want. Or at the same time just casually building it more.
