Starting With Free Solutions That Work

Sunny drone shot

One thing people often say that successful people do is that they don’t really waste any time where when they are given some kind of advice that is deemed valid they implement it righty away. Usually for wealthy people if that means throwing down hundreds of dollars at something to get it going right away they will do that. That got me thinking because I had a scenario like this recently where I gave a person advice only to see them immediately make a purchase and then had a “okay, what’s next” approach.

Like here it made me wonder should you opt to go with solutions that are free first if possible in these instances since you are new to it? I guess the tricky example would be like a business card. Let’s pretend someone said you needed some as you never used them before because you weren’t sure if it would suit your demographic. Like here would you immediately look for the nearest printer and pay a hundred dollars to get a bunch or would you instead try and find a free or cheap solution for it?

It’s tricky but at certain times where if you are just in a sense experimenting with something I think it could be better to go with the cheap or free route first and invest more if it seems worth it. For me personally I have seen many people lose a bunch of money just by simply purchasing everything they were told may or may not help them. Generally speaking if you could do it for free that gets the job done why not too? This could even include a common example of if people say you need certain gear many libraries could also offer them for free.
