I saw a few deals from various stores today where in general it felt like a random deal. However, after thinking about it I was reminded that there are big sales coming up such as Cyber Monday and Black Friday. Therefore, to me these sales felt like a way for a business to try and get more margins on their sales before having to heavily discount items to compete with others.
You always should wonder why a company is having a random sale or promotion as usually it can indicate things such as a bigger sale events coming up. Or even non discount related it could mean a new product line being introduced in which you may want to research if the older models are worth it. So just keep in mind that there bigger sales to come if you can hold off.
