Prime Time And Peak Time Rates

financial literacy

I was talking to a person about attending this recreation center and one thing that popped out to me immediately was how the rates are so different when you compare the price to attend in the afternoons versus say night time. I guess the main difference is that after 5pm or so everyone is off work and so it’s generally busier.

I know a lot of restaurants do this too where if normally it gets most of its business during dinner time rushes then usually the prices before those times are a lot cheaper. That would be kind of interesting to see how much money one could save by trying to avoid going to places during peak and prime time hours. Especially when it comes to places where the fee is more like a room rental rate.
