I was browsing through the Amazon Prime sales today and there were some pair of shoes that sounded pretty cheap as they normally retail for well over $120 and they were selling it for more than 50% off. I don’t need a new pair immediately, but it was really tempting toby it so that I have an extra pair ready to go once my current one wears out. However, one thing that was stopping me is that I know the year end Black Friday sales are coming out and odds are there will be deals again.
That’s always something to think about before stocking up on fairly expensive items that you don’t need right away as there is a chance there will simply be a better deal around the time when you actually need it. Food items such as canned goods are a little different where if you know it is generally an awesome deal then you can stock up and store it for a rainy day. Ultimate, I held off.
If anything, I suppose it’s a good way to put your impulse buying in check as well so you don’t end up with a closet full of stuff you never actually use.
