Today I will be travelling and it’s convenient to be able to print out your boarding pass and all right from the computer to avoid all the lineups. One thing that I noticed was this little tiny link that was saying how you can just go paperless and use your mobile phone or PDA as your boarding pass. I was then thinking how much money could be saved if everyone used that function and not having to use paper.
I am almost inclined to think that they should plaster that option in big bold letters or images ahead of time to let people know there are options like that as I can easily see many just overlooking it. Kind of like how stores try to remind you everywhere to use a rewards card if you have one.
