I got this e-mail recently where the event was geared towards business people and entrepreneurs. Interestingly enough, I saw a listing that was advertising where people can learn how to make money by being involved in the supernatural industry by learning how to be a psychic. While the legitimacy of it is a completely different topic, I think in terms of just learning about an industry and the opportunities it provides should be simply researched on your own first. Saves you money and you learn more I think.
Reason too is because not surprisingly these types of events are usually set up to give you very broad/general information where the hope is to then hype you up so much that you will start buying into their programs and training kit. Not the best way to make a decision with a clear head. The information you get is usually the same thing that you can find with say a simple Internet search.
Just have to learn to trust yourself and your abilities a little more to research about various things. In my opinion, another reason to do this is because it’s usually better if you can find a way to make something your own as opposed to following an exact duplicate of someone else’s formula. This way it encourages you to think outside the box too and trying to make it work for you specifically.
