Yesterday there were so many people launching fireworks for Halloween. A lot more than normal as well due to the fact that they will essentially be banned for the average person starting today. You will need a license if you want to start blowing stuff up again. That even got people who wouldn’t normally light up fireworks to try it. That’s where the funny part came I thought. Some people spent hundreds of dollars on things such as bottle rockets and roman candles. They thought with that they would get something similar to what they would see in a professional show. That wasn’t the case of course.
I would say that is really dangerous if these consumer oriented fireworks can light up the sky in an extremely dramatic way. But it does bring up a universal topic in spending money on products where the expectation on what it could do seems way beyond what it is capable of. Commercials are usually guilty of doing this on purpose where they make things sound more extravagant than they really are in-person. Or how food product looks so gigantic and perfect on TV just to seem so small in real life.
You always have to remember that producing professional type of results usually means having to spend way more time and money. That’s why I like to see real user reviews of items and products whenever I can before making purchases on items that I am not too familiar with. Seeing company ads is more to just give me an idea of what it is all about.
