An interesting thing happened the other day as while visiting various offices I noticed that all of these companies had brochures that people could acquire where it was essentially advertising a person’s service. The person in question was non related to the companies but offered a service that a lot of their clients could be interested in.
I then mentioned to the operators of the company that this person’s items seem to be everywhere that I visit. They then gave me a shocked expression saying how when he came in the guy made it sound as if they were getting such a unique offer where they had exclusive rights to advertise his services to people. Obviously, they would get a percentage of what they sell as the incentive to advertise his products and services.
Got to watch out for that tricky sales technique I suppose. It must be working well for the guy though as he has successfully placed his presence in so many companies.
