For the past year or so I have been using this mailbox from Canada post where you can simply go to the post office and pick up packages. This year I was actually thinking of discontinuing it as there seems to be better options in a lot of ways. This was the funny part. As I went to the location recently I found out that it wasn’t open. Maybe it’s the New Year’s holiday still? A little late though huh? But upon further research apparently this location has been permanently closed and it happened few months ago.
To think I had a year contract with them as well and they never even notified me that it was closing. Imagine all those months of being oblivious to this where if things were ever sent I would have never known. Kind of a poor way to do business too huh? This is not like it was a small private business either since it is Canada post.
It made me wonder if I should be getting a refund for all those times where I technically didn’t get any service. Surprising that any organization would do that.
