Many times we often need a group of supportive people to help us on our journey to create a successful business. Or at the same time loyal customers that will support our offerings to help us grow. Usually when you see support such as people publicly giving you good reviews a business would tend to acknowledge that comment and potentially reward people for it. But what got me thinking was how recently I saw a business thank everyone specifically who publicly supported them. That resulted in the businesses’ other supports to then show how they actually supported the company too but didn’t say anything.
=It made me think how it’s probably wise to have a system and practice where you recognize that for things like customers and supporters there are many people who aren’t as vocal in their support for you but they still give an equal amount of effort. So like there I would imagine instead of just giving people who were publicly vocal a reward maybe you should reward everyone that bought something from you at that specific time-frame.
There probably are way more people that are very mild in the way they support you which is just as important that you recognize I feel.
