Do You Hate Reusable Batteries Even If It Saves Money

Today a person was telling me that she bought a ton of extra batteries as it was on sale. From the sounds of it she bought about ten dollar’s worth where in her mind she will save a ton of money this was as opposed to buying it when she absolutely needs it which costs way more. My first comment was how she could probably just invest that money in some kind of rechargeable battery unit and save way more and not have to worry about buying so many. But she was apprehensive about it saying they aren’t good.

Funny enough she isn’t the only person with that mentality I found where it seems like a lot of people hate to buy recharging devices for everyday batteries such as double and triple A’s. It always made me wonder why as from my experience they work fine. I tend to think the only reason is that people get lazy in wanting to actually recharge the stuff and would rather just pull out a fresh set all charged. But with so many built in lithium battery devices nowadays I thought people would be used to it.

Nowadays too for devices I try and avoid buying electronics that don’t have some kind of built in battery that you can recharge through USB like your phone as an example. But if I had to I would use rechargeable battery units to save money on them.
