Giveaways Through Your Partners And Network

This was something to think about I thought where as many of you know companies often have giveaways as a marketing gimmick to get more buzz and attention for their brand or products. A lot of companies do this simply through their own efforts. However, one guy was saying that when it comes to things like this it may be better to give someone else the opportunity to do it for you as it will create more attention that way. I guess the most typical example are manufacturers that say in order to enter a contest they have to visit their retail partners. The retail partner usually in-turn gets excited to promote it too if it is something big.

That can be very true in other scenarios too when I think about it Example, imagine if a guy was giving away an expensive car and instead of him just doing it he tells the owner of a very rabid car community that he will give him ability to promote the contest where only registered members to his community can enter. In many of those cases both parties would be excited about the promotion and with that scenario you usually increase your ability to market to a wider range of people.

I guess you can say it’s one of those situations where it’s better to accomplish something with multiple people rather than just yourself.
