Duplex Printing On Both Sides

Stock market money prediction

Today I had to print out literally hundreds of pages worth of documents. While I was surprised the toner didn’t run out, I did end up using a lot of paper. It kind of annoyed me as the printer I have at home doesn’t do duplex printing where it is smart enough to print on both sides of the paper. For example, instead of using two pieces of paper to print two documents it will print it on both sides of the paper.

Before when I printed out very little I used to save paper by manually feeding the paper twice. For example, once it printed out one page I would then place it back into the paper tray and have the next page print on the back of it. Might not seem like much but it does add up. Of course,it gets too time consuming to do it manually if you are printing a lot at once. Ideally I wouldn’t even have to print things out anymore, but in many cases it’s still a necessity.

There must be some freeware out there that can split a PDF document into odd pages only and even pages only. You could then print the odd pages document and re-feed the printed stack back through and print the even pages.

That would be interesting actually. Let me know if you find anything. I think I will actually try and see if I can find one that does that too.
