Imagine this scenario where a person appeared to be spending a ton of money on various services due to the fact that the businesses required them to travel quite a bit to get there. They were pretty common services too such as a gym membership. What apparently happened is that the person moved to a different city. Having spent years in her local community she didn’t want to just leave them. But the traveling back and forth is really costing time and money wise to the point where it makes sense to find a new local business.
When you move to a different area would your mindset be to start exploring the new places such as which supermarket you will be grocery shopping from? Or would that be a last resort where you would rather go back to the places you are familiar with even if it costs you more money? I know for myself I would tend to explore the area as the overexaggerated example would be if you moved to a different country it wouldn’t make sense to fly back just to by each day food as an example.
I would personally treat that as part of the move where you kind of have to adjust your lifestyle as well since you aren’t exactly in the same area. If I really need something from the old place that is far away then my hope would be I know people who can potentially send me stuff. I actually did that once for a person where he moved to a country where there is no such thing as ketchup chips and I actually mailed him a bag.
