With so many stores closing early on new years eve, today I found myself pretty much throwing away any kind of savvy shopping research as I was pretty limited to which stores I could buy from. It didn’t help that I needed to buy this item as well as I had to replace something that started to malfunction.
I went to buy it from the first unknown store I saw. Sure enough, the person was preparing to close the store. I made a pretty decent purchased too which must have been nice for a small business. While not really relevant in any way, I was just thinking that I was officially this stores last customer of the year. Too bad they didn’t hold any kind of special rewards for such an occasion as I know some companies use that as a gimmick to draw people in the store with moderate success at times.
Oh well, fun to think about. Here comes the new years.
