I often read that many times people just got lucky with their opportunities in the same vein as winning a lottery ticket where it’s nothing to really admire since they didn’t do anything to randomly get that opportunity per se. But today reminded me how these people are always prepared to take advantage of an opportunity when it comes up and that in itself is what makes those kinds of stories interesting.
It was raining hard today and usually I would do something outdoors such as flying the drone to capture some footage. With this weather you are better off just leaving it at home as many would even stay indoors. Regardless, I still went out to do my usual business and brought the drone with me. All of a sudden, the sky started to turn pink towards the sunset time which is an indicator that the sun was shining over some thin clouds. Sure enough, it did stop raining in the exact area that I happened to be in. With that, I was able to fly the drone today.
Like there, you can say that was just dumb luck. But you would be surprised how many times this has happened and is a great example of what I do personally which probably ninety percent of other people wouldn’t do in regards to going out even though it is raining. Imagine this for general business opportunities such as people not wanting to attend an event because they didn’t read anyone important being there only to find out some of that stature did show up. Don’t underestimate how prepared and ready these people are 24/7 which you may have to do as well to get those same opportunities.
