While in a sporting store looking for some gloves I noticed this one had two different prices. As you can see, there are two tags on it where you can see the price listed as $49.99 and one right below it that says $19.99.
I was almost inclined to take it to the cash register and buy it just to see what the reaction would be. Usually in this case the store would simply say it was obviously an error and so they can’t sell you the item at that price. However, many times I have seen customers go to extreme lengths to argue till the end until they get to buy it at the lower price.
Would you be inclined to argue with the store managers in these cases too to get an item at the lower price?
