This was hilarious as there was this post going viral online of a person who apparently ordered a Big Mac at a McDonald’s where he specifically customized his order to have them not include virtually everything. For example, people could usually do this to request for things like no onion but here it was everything from the beef patty to the bun that they requested to be removed as an experiment. Will they deliver the guy just an empty box? It was really expensive too still with all the extra processing fees.
When he received it, he found out that they literally just made him a regular big mac and he proceeded to joke how he wrote a bad review as he asked them for nothing and they gave him everything.
It was all fun and games though as he tipped them well. But it makes you wonder, would you ever actually process an order like this knowing how peculiar it is and instead just make them what you think they want? Because some people do make really odd orders at times like these. Not to extent wanting nothing of course. One would assume It could be like a child messing up an online order and so they just assume they want the whole burger.
It is probably safer legally to just give them the item as ordered. I can imagine there are crazy people that would actually make a fuss about that.
