These Pineapple Were Too Cheap Even For Me To Buy

I usually love a great deal of course and finding random ones in the supermarket is always a nice treat. But in this case I was shocked as the store was selling these pineapples for $1.29 each. That is insanely cheap which funny enough triggered a thought on my mind on how maybe you shouldn’t buy it as something was wrong. In general, it didn’t look as vibrant as a fresher one so my assumption is its older stock that they want to get rid of. Even the limit of nine is kind of crazy. So, I did a little bit of inspection and I guess maybe it was too much of a red flag.

In picking it up to analyze I noticed there were a ton of flying bugs around them which is a little unusual. I didn’t see any immediate cracks in the pineapple or anything but that told me this must have been sitting at a certain spot for a long time and there probably are holes in it somewhere to attract all these bugs. I ended up not getting it. This was a good example how something being too cheap can sway me off personally where unless it’s a clear price error there often is something wrong with it.

Since it is a grocery product too, I would rather not gamble in terms of consuming it to see if it was worth it or not.
