Clearance aisles are one of my favorite areas to visit while in various stores as many times you can find great deals on items the business just needs to get rid of for space. Case in point, look at all these items I saw here for less than a dollar. It had everything from regular boxes of cereals to even things like pasta sauce that would normally be well over three dollars each. This got me thinking as the other day I went to a dollar store with a person as they had the mindset on how everything is cheaper in there. Usually though the items they sell are actually smaller than the regular package at the bigger stores to the point where you may not be saving much if any.
But like in this example I find deals like these all the time. Since stores usually create sections for them too it’s like a dollar store within a store. The main drawback is the items are extremely random so there could be plenty of times where there is simply nothing that interests me. I’m sure other people would love those items though at those prices. These items were not near expiry either which makes it even better.
I’m sure people who run small convenient stores would love to buy everything just to resell it at a regular retail price for some heavy profit.
