This was kind of fascinating to hear where some people actually make some decent side income selling advertisement space for companies with their own properties. For example, imagine like a house that would be on sale where you would normally see a real estate agent sign on the front. Instead, owners will place a sign with an ad that a company paid for. It’s almost like going down the street and seeing people put up election candidate signs. Except this is purely business to make money.
Some people even do these for their vehicles noticed where the car is branded with pictures or logos of a specific company. People then charge either based on the day or mileage. In some ways it makes you wonder why people don’t do this more. Would you actually wear a shirt branded with some kind of ad if the company paid you say $300 a month to do so? A funny thought is a lot of the items we wear such as a pair of sunglasses is marked in a way to give free advertisement.
Or does this just seem too silly overall for whatever reason? I almost think it’s just so foreign to us to actually get paid for this.
