It seemed like out of nowhere I was asked if I wanted to partake in a project where it was told to me that it would probably be very fast. The funny thing was before I even said anything the person immediately blurted to me how much they would be paying for the job where I guess they felt that should be the deciding factor.
Reminds me of that old saying how everyone has a price I suppose that most people believe in. In some ways I suppose it’s the smart way to go about your day as if you are doing it solely for financial reasons such as needing to decide which client’s project you want to take and that you only have time for one. It’s a bit trickier if you are starting out as I would say the emphasis is more about getting a good connection. So therefore it’s more about choosing whichever can help you grow the best even if it is the job that offers less money.
Funny enough like in this case it sounding interesting to me and I was willing to help even if it was less. May as well accept the generosity though.
