Investing Training Money To Venture Now Instead

I was reading an advertisement recently of a person that offered a 3 month course which is supposed to teach people how to create their own projects in specific industries. For the most part it seemed pretty basic where the cost of it was about $6000. That is a pretty substantial investment I thought. While you could argue if the person teaching it was worth it or not at that price tag it got me thinking how if you have to invest that much money to learn mostly how to get started it almost sounds wiser just to start with that $6000 as your investment fund for your venture.

This isn’t exactly a situation where you are studying to be a doctor as an example. It’s more like if you always wanted to create a side business selling things on Amazon then you can either invest $6000 in some course to teach you how to sell on Amazon or simply just try it where you will learn as you go. To me if you are investing that much money for something that ultimately comes down more to things like sweat equity per se I think it is better to just do it.

I think sometimes we invest into these things not so much to help us but rather something to potentially blame if it doesn’t work. Or funny enough to actually stall longer from actually doing it. I know a few people that have been like that where even after they invested all that training money they still didn’t start anything. Just another option in life that may make more sense because you will actually have to start doing something that way first.
