I was reading a bit the other day on how Amazon was literally going to have its Black Friday sale tomorrow. It’s common nowadays to hear companies put its sales on one day before the actual event. Having the sale this much earlier compared to others is kind of interesting from a consumer point of view. For example, are you inclined to shop on that site before even knowing what all of the other businesses are going to offer since it is so much earlier?
For myself I would be inclined to hold off unless it’s something ridiculous where I know an item that is usually say $100 is listed for like $1. I can see why this may be good from a business perspective though as in reverse by getting your deals out there for purchase before the competition releases its plans you can potentially get money from the consumers now where they won’t have anything left to buy at other places after.
