Apparently Amazon is one of the biggest winners during this pandemic with so many people doing all of their shopping online now. Even people who are normally apprehensive about shopping online are trying it as it seems like a better alternative than lining up at the stores and risk getting the virus. As expected the business had to adjust due to the demand such as only shipping items that are deemed as essential in a timely manner.
This is where it gets interesting as I was reading a ton of comments where people who pay for Amazon’s premium Prime service which is supposed to offer a rush 2 day delivery is basically non-existent. People have been saying some shipments are marked to ship one month later. So with that in mind would you ask for a refund? It appeared that some people have where the company gave them about a $12 credit to make up for it. Most people just leave it though.
It’s kind of funny to think about as many times we are so keen in getting the best deals to save even a penny. Yet for situations like this maybe it’s too much work for people to bother?
