It’s the big day today here to see which party will win the federal election and essentially be the leader for the country. Politics is usually the subject that divides people indefinitely as it seems like respecting other people’s opinions are thrown out the window in these cases. From a business point of view, it’s always interesting to see what happens post-election depending if someone’s party won or loss.
Especially in cases where people went all in for their own while attacking others. Those businesses don’t usually end up too well either way. I don’t see why overall people don’t adapt a more neutral attitude when it comes to these topics as technically whichever parties get elected people are supposed to work together to find common ground. Not one way or the highway as an example for one group.
Either way, tomorrow will be interesting to see if people will work together or continue to be divided with some businesses going as far as not welcoming people who vote for parties other than their own.
