I saw on the news today on how apparently people are saying we got it all wrong as cholesterol is now a good thing as opposed to a bad thing. Therefore, this would result in creating different guidelines as to the types of things we should be eating for example.
This just kind of shows you that in many ways it’s about basic common sense and doing things in moderation. This is as opposed to always following a guide that someone else has created. In some ways it almost feels like these types of guidelines change depending on what needs to be sold in the market. Wouldn’t that be an interesting conspiracy?
It must be a pain to your savings though if you are someone that has to completely re-adjust your habits based on the new information.
