One useful use of AI I find nowadays is to have it screen out terms of services for company services as most of us honestly don’t read everything until we click the accept button. But for service-based businesses that have yearly enrollment plans its common practice to lure people in with cheap rates only to dramatically increase it the year after. As well, some people get you with the low monthly cost only to hide all the add-ons that you may pay.
Take this example where I had an AI quickly compare services with. There was one that sounded cheaper at first, but I specifically asked the AI to give an analysis of trying to get a package that was of equal value to the higher priced company. As it turned out, the AI quickly showed that for the cheaper company you actually had to pay a lot of money per month to have extra e-mail addresses. This ballooned the price to a pretty ridiculous. number.
You should always verify the AI’s work too and sure enough it seemed accurate. Imagine that where if you simply looked at how you are paying over $560 and the competitor says they would charge about $420 that would seem like the no brainer right? But adding it all up feature wise you would have to pay about $804 a year with that “cheaper” company. This was all analyzed within 5 minutes or so too with the AI help. A great example on ow to use it to increase productivity and research efficiency.
