I just happened to be walking around the Vancouver convention center today and heard there was a warehouse sale for appliance items made by a company called Zwilling and so I thought It wouldn’t hurt to check it out. I wasn’t too familiar with the prices and so as I was walking around and saw items that may interest me I had to always double check online to see what the average price was to see how great of a deal it actually was.
There was this vacuum pump that got me interested as it is designed to such the air out of storage bags and containers to keep stuff fresher. Looking at the sign it seemed to be a killer deal where it indicates the regular price is usually $140 but here they are selling it for $40. Crazy deal right?
But I was thinking as I always thought these kinds of items went for about $50 or less on average unless this was as upper premium brand or something. Checking online most of the sites seem to list this as $99 and there were various sale prices for about $60. So, the deal ere was definitely better but not like what the sign implied.
It’s reminder to always do your research in these situations. Especially nowadays like here where you can just easily browse the Internet to see the average prices right away.
