This was kind of interesting as it relates to the topic of being contacted by a sale agent to renew my Internet service plan. While I was already left a message, I was surprised to see that the company agent started to use other means of communication such as texting and as well sending an e-mail. It seemed like they were trying every available communication they had with me on record to try and ensure I will contact them back for a chance to renew.
That almost makes you wonder if they is smart or too much as there could be times where people don’t actively check one source over the other. That can be the case with business contacts as sometimes people get sent e-mail pitches which a person never checks but they would frequently check their text messages. To a certain extent I think it would be fine. Unless you were specifically told not to do that.
With this I was actually entertaining what form of communication I should reply to funny enough.
