With so much news about a drone that killed multiple US troops with the blame on Iran it seems more plausible that there will be a world war of sort. It makes you wonder during these times if you should just make certain purchases that you were thinking about because odds are if things like a war does happen everything will go up. For this I would be talking about things like upgrading the computer where normally I would just keep waiting until a good offer comes by. But with this factor, is it better to just get one now at an okay price?
I’ve never been in a situation with a world war to really know first hand what everything is going to be like. Stocking up on food and water would be the given and it’s something I often do anyways. It’s more for things like work related equipment and materials which could go either way as if you don’t purchase it now then you may pay heavily later. At the same time, if something happens then you just wasted a lot of money.
Kind of like during the lockdowns too where various industries completely changed. What you need then may be completely different such as everyone working from home digitally and needed the most basic equipment such as web cameras. At this point I think I will hold off on big ticket items personally but am ready if there is an announcement of weapons being launched as an example.
