I was reading an article today about all these vitamin waters where the ingredients in them are not exactly what you would think. Speaking for myself, the assumption would be that it is simply say water with a lot nutritional stuff in it. Whereas apparently it is packed with things like sugar as well.
This just made me think of how powerful it can be from a marketing point of view just by naming your product a certain way. Example, calling a cookie an Omega 3 one or something like that to get the attention of health enthusiast when really there is may a little spec of it in the product. Smart business or just deceptive? Either way, itâ€™s something that makes you think when it comes to marketing an item.
