Today there were a lot of festivals in the city and one of them seemed to be a dog festival as owners brought their dogs to enjoy all kinds of activities. As well, there were sure a lot of businesses with vendor spots to sell their products and services. This immediately made me think how working with other businesses in your space to create festivals like these are probably a great way to generate more exposure for your business and potentially growing the industry in general.
I know people usually view competition as people to crush. But usually, a lot of the giant companies often work together in these ways which makes you think if there is some way even as say a small business where you can adapt the same kind of approach where everyone wins. That should be the ideal outcome where it’s a win-win for all right?
It’s easier for local service based businesses too as usually people need to get their service from somewhere that is close by as an example versus a manufacturer of products that want to ensure they are the only on store shelves.
