Reading The Offer Descriptions Versus Picture Only

Recently I won some free fudgesicle as part of a promotion with the PC app and it said all I had to do was go into a No Frills store and redeem the item. As I arrived at the store, I noticed they didn’t seem to have this brand of fudgesicle which was a bummer as they had another brand. I just assumed they ran out. Noe at times stores would be willing to give people alternatives as they did have another brand that looked so similar.

Upon reading the description of the offer further, I found out there was actually multiple brands you could get. Including the ones I saw at the store. So, I grabbed a box and it was all good. It shows how reading all these fine prints are important even for these free offers as there could be more options that you may be overlooking. I know for contests too at times while the attraction is this glamorous item as a prize sometimes the fine print tell you can opt for other things like cash.

Even general flyer items can be like this where they show one type of product but then in the fine print it says you can choose from the entire lineup.
