Mixing And Matching Fruits When You Are Not Supposed To

Today I was going by the grocery store and noticed this lady appeared to be fiddling around with a bag of grapes. Upon observation, it looked like she was going to buy a bag of grapes where there were red and green grapes. There were no mixed packages so it was one or the other. Her solution I suppose was to buy the green grapes and then literally take some of the red grapes out of another bag and placed it into hers. She did it so brazenly too as if it was a normal thing to do.

I don’t see how that is considered stealing. Imagine buying a bag of candy where you open up a package and then randomly throw other types of candy on the shelf into your bag as an example. Perhaps people think it is okay to do it here since it is a product that is openly exposed for inspection for one decides to purchase it? Other examples I have seen are apples where people will literally open up different packages and then attempt to put the best-looking ones into one bag.

To me, this is one of those times where I would say this is now the right way to save money.
