Happy holidays everyone. This is one of those days where you get to see your yearly shopping skills at play on whether or not you were able to get people the gifts they really wanted without breaking your bank. I think for me this year was taking advantage of store reward points as I redeemed hundreds of dollars worth to get highly sought after items while still getting a lot of points back from buying things I actually needed. That’s an ideal scenario to be in.
It reminds me of one time while shopping for groceries I spent exactly $50 worth of points to buy $50 worth of groceries and at the same time earning $20 worth of points on the purchase. Even the cashier was shocked at how that was even possible. Again, that is the kind of cycle you are looking for though when shopping throughout the year.
