I’m sure a lot of people have seen this viral video of two Philadelphia baseball fans that got into a confrontation where it seemed like a dad was able to catch a ball that flew into the stands to then give to his son. However, another lady didn’t seem too happy about that and she scolded him as the cameras caught every moment of it. Eventually, the dad just gave it to her to deescalate the situation. While the boy appeared to have gotten free gifts from the organization as result, once this video went online everyone was trying to find who the lady was to then scold her.
People were then reporting that because of this incident she was let go of er job. I don’t know if that is accurate, but you can sure lose a career over incidents like these nowadays huh? Especially in this day and age where sharing media to a global audience is fast and easy. There is nowhere to hide if you are viewed as the villain and most companies would want to keep their distance after.
It made me think too as some people were saying the dad should have been more aggressive. However, that may not have ended too well after the game with everyone watching it. You just have to be so careful nowadays on how you react in public. It’s not just a thing that celebrities need to worry about anymore.
