What an odd read this was as apparently there are people who specialize in trying to get people jobs by understanding how AI recruitment bots work for various companies. For example, specifically inputting various keywords on a resume not so much for a human but rather the bot to assume that one person must be very qualified. It almost reminds me of search engine optimization for websites. Even if it is manually reviewed by a human as sounding weird more than likely they will give the candidate a try because they are too lazy to screen everyone themselves.
That makes you wonder if there are certain things a company shouldn’t rely on a robot to do because it’s simply not there yet in terms of fully understanding human emotions and say manipulation in these ways. But is this a business you would jump into since it seems fairly new per se? I know actually there are a new wave of digital artists where the skill is more about typing in the right set of keyword phrases for AI generated art. Imagine that on how times change huh?
It sounds silly to a lot of us, but obviously there will be a market to find people that can get an AI bot to do one’s bidding.
