I’m sure most people have heard the news of the US and Ukraine president getting into a heated situation where there was some shouting that seemed to go on per se as this was supposed to be a straight forward deal agreement to my knowledge. It seemed like it started when the Ukraine president decided to question the US vice president about diplomacy with Russia and how he felt they can’t be trusted. Well, that went downhill fast with accusations that Ukraine was ungrateful for the support the US has been providing.
That then brought how if the president of Ukraine simply didn’t say anything per se the outcome probably would have favored him in getting more support. But because of this it seems like the US withdrew its talks. Imagine trying to get money from a bank or investor and you end up criticizing or questioning their personal opinions. Is that wise?
Not surprisingly, people say they would never talk to their investors like that for this exact reason when it comes to a business environment. Would you actually still say something because you strongly disagree with an investor’s personal beliefs as an example? Even if it means losing millions of dollars?
